I purchased video from tv shows in the 1970's on December 12th, 2008. I never received the videos however, my checking account is being billed by this company every month for approximately 30+ dollars. I called to cancelled my account and request a refund. Supposedly the supervisor stated by customer service (Lyn) they could only refund me $59.90. This should be a class action suit. I am notifing my attorney and BBB. The customer service rep. stated their address is 999 W. Yamato Rd., Boca Baton, Florida, 33431. I am sure this all bull___t. information but I am going to try and retrieve my monies owed. What a joke this company is, fraud to all degrees.
