I searched on the net for the best price for Sony Camcorder CX150E and got the best price on 3 sites. The 1st site offered the price of Rs.26, 550 with great discount and free gifts worth Rs 4600. Gifts include rebook sunglasses, traduces, steel flask and Ibid Penguin. The 2nd site quoted Rs.26999 and the Items Included: Massa, Mini TriPod (SILVER), T-Dimension No.4 Camera Bag, T-Dimension SD Card Reader, T-Dimension 2.7 Wide LCD Protector, T-Dimension cleaning Cloth. But when I tried to place the order, they didn’t have stock availability.

3rd site (smart shoppers) offered the price of Rs.27999 on net and when I called up and informed them the price I got on other 2 sites, they offered me Rs.26000 but nothing inclusive in the offered price except the camcorder and the free memory card offered by Sony.

I went with this site and placed the order on 5th February as I wanted the product by 19th February for the function. They promised to deliver it in 3-5 working days on clearance of the cheque. I sent the cheque by post and was cleared through my bank on 14th February.

On clearance of the cheque, they say that they are unable to deliver me the price they quoted and would be additional Rs.800. It was very bad service that the price was altered after clearance of the cheque, also not providing any inclusions what other sites had offered and also wasting my days. Since I needed the product on priority basis, I agreed on the price provided that it would get delivered to me by 19th February.

On 18th I get a call from smart shoppers saying that they also do not have stock available and would take some time. It was a big disappointment for me and than they were offering me a choice of Sony 110 against what I ordered. I agreed on extending the time limit by few more days, but till 22nd the order is not yet shipped. It is very delayed service and an horrible experience. Hope to receive the shipment at-least before I go on holidays on 2nd March.
