I used my IBQ debit card for recharging my smartvoip account on 16.03.11 at 9:57 pm. The amount of 65.45 QAR has been deducted from my IBQ account but i did not get my recharge. the next day 17.03.11 at 7:11am i got my recharge after doing another transanction through your site. That time again 65.45 QAR has been deducted from my account. so I want back that 65.45 QAR in my account which has been deducted from account on 16thmarch 2011.
