Sales rep guaranteed this company covered 100% of repairs after deductible. I was paying over $400 a month for this warranty, but the first time I needed it, the company only agreed to pay $75 of a $250 coolant pump repair. Rep had told me I had free towing and a rental car, but withheld the fact that the company only covers a rental car for one day. I spoke with a manager at smartauto warranty.com and was given the option to cancel the warranty (with only two payments of $400 left), I signed and faxed the cancellation form on 4/30/08 and was due a partial refund 45-60 days later according to the cancellation notice. It's October 9, 2008 and I've received nothing. This company is a big rip-off
