unauthorized charges to my bank account
I purchase on 1/17/10 a video from Smartsavingscenter via the internet for $3.76. The amount of the purchase was paid for with my debit card. The y also charged $9.95 on 1/21/10 and on 2/22/10. I have contacted my bank to stop any additional charges. I checked on the internet and there are several blogs complaining about the same scan. I want the public to be aware of these scan artists. From what I read in the internet, it is mission impossible to get hold of the people. There is another telephone number that appears in my bank statement. i 866-566-8437

stealing from my credit card
I just noticed some charges on my credit card for $9.95 the past three months. I called them to find out what it was for, and the guy tells me I signed up for some discount membership club when I purchased a book from their website. That was a bunch of BS. I demanded a refund, which he said he could not offer. The guy couldn't speak good english and was working from a call center in the Phillipines.
Then I go online and see hundreds of complaints regarding this company. This is a ridiculous scam these people are running. Someone needs to take legal action and shut these bozos down. I will file a complaint with the BBB. What a sleazy way to do business.

fraudulent charges
I ordered a movie from amazon and like so many others I got charged a $1, then a week later I was charged the 29.95 also. There is no mention of the fee in fact when I went back on to check after talking with the sales rep, I found where they supposedly tell you about the fee. It's in a flashing red box on the side of the screen where the ads were. It looks like an ad and has a different name, so people aren't aware. I asked to be removed, my money was not refunded and today 1 mth later I was charged again!!! How can this company get away with it? They are scamming people out of their money.
