Smartsubs delivery and customer service is very poor - Beware of ordering products from Smartsubs. This is a site that offers good prices but requires that you sign up for a trial subcription (e.g. blockbuster). I ordered my product on December 1. Upon ordering I was informed via email that my order would be processed once my subscription order was process. My order was held up until Dec 9, before I heard from them again about shipping. I tried to contact them but they do not respond very the contact me on their website.
