My issue is with Smith and Williamson and item (2) Sequelogic Ltd. I was pursuing a claim for compensation against said company when Smith and Williamson were appointed. Paperwork regarding the claim was passed to outside bodies and suppressed in addition to incorrect notices being placed. Despite the Insolvency Act, Theft Act and Data Protection Act, the ICAEW elected to take no action upon complaint. My claim was dishonestly quashed and I was unable to recover my career as an IT consultant.
