Bought a 8920 Bissell cleaner replacement assembly from this company. Ordered it back on 10/27/10. It's been 3 weeks and product was never received. They charged my account on 10/29/10. Tried to e-mail them 2 times and no response. Called them several times and the phone line was always busy. Had to contact my bank to get my money back. I won't be buying from this company again.
