I ordered a Hoover carpet cleaner from these thieves on July 31, 2010. They immediately charged my credit card account. On Aug. 20, after not hearing from them, I emailed them using the email address listed on their web site. They did not reply. On Aug. 24, I called them and left a message. They did not call back. On that same day, I opened a billing dispute with my credit card company. Unfortunately, it will take until October 26 to resolve the dispute!

Meanwhile, these thieves are floating my money for some 105 days. What a racket. I am going to contact the Texas state attorney about this outfit and so should all others who have posted a complaint about them on this web site.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE AT THEIR ADDRESS IN FRISCO, TX--THEY HAVE SEVERAL ALIASES THAT THEY USE. A well-oiled bandit machine using multiple business names. That should tell us something about them!
