Sept 29, 09 I ordered 2 trial offers from Smoke-51 for 2 starter kits the fee was to be $9.95 each. The site stated no other fees. They also said that I would have 14 days to return it to get my money back if it wasn't what I wanted. They took the $9.95 out 2 times on October 01, 09. The kits did not arrive until 10/31/09 and the very same day they took $179.90 out of my bank account, then on 11-02-09 they took another 59.90. No phone number worked to reach them. I signed up to get a return number and they won't E-Mail me or contact me with a return number. When I called their customer support line they are using the customer support line for Smoke Everywhere USA which is a whole different company and not even affiliated with Smoke Anywhere or Smoke-51. I am a single mom, working 2 jobs to pay the bills. Then companies like that scam individuals. I've cancelled my checking account. What else can I do to get my funds back? Any suggestions?
