In February I got an email off from these people regarding a trial offer to try their electronic cigarettes. I smoke and have been wanting to quit so I thought this might be a good way to do just that. So I did the online information and shortly afterword a representative from the company called me to confirm the order. During the online process there was nothing about a 14 day trial nor was anything said about it during the phone confirmation. Last week I received replacement filters that I never ordered. When I called the company in regard to this I was informed that I had been subscribed to automatic refills every 30 days at the end of the 14 day trial period. I informed them I was never told or read anything about a 14 day trial and if you look at the web site they use it says nothing about a 14 day trial ( http://www.safesecuretrial.com/offer/blkyllwds/). For the replacements I was billed $69.90 which they sell on their regular web site for $59.95. They did issue a refund but they refused to provide a shipping label for the return of the filters. Caveat emptor this company and their very deceptive advertising and business practices.
