I have called Smokeassisit because their product does not work and sent them back the product on Feb, 10 2011 and still have not received my refund that they said would only take 10 days. When I call them I am on hold for a very long time and still get the same answer they will send the refund and still I do not have my refund. Please do not get this it is a big SCAM1111
