I recieved an email for a smoke free cigarrette and it was advertised as free and 9.95 for shipping. It came with a case and filters and a charger, then you would have to order filters from them. So I ordered 2 and 2 weeks later 2 charges for 149.90 showed up on my credit card. I called them and they said that it was in the agreement that it was a 15 day trial and if I didn't send it back I would be charged. I never saw this anywhere. They said they could not return the money or take the product back because it was over 15 days. The best they could do is refund my account 70.00. I contacted my credit card and filed a dipute with these charges. Not sure what will happen next. I have both items unused ready to return.
