I saw the their website, as they were advertising this e-cigg. for FREE - and you pay the $9.95 for shipping. I ordered it. I waited, nothing came, I called, they finally told me that they needed to confirm my information..They took the $9.95 out of my account. When I opened the pkg. there was a note stating that I had to return this item within 14 days in order for them NOT to charge me almost another $100.00, and that they had my account no. Had I known they would be charging me close to another $100.00 I would never ordered this product. I am sending it back! I have also e-mailed them and told them that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau, and told them NOT to withdraw any monies from my account. I LEFT MESSAGES..NO RESPONSE..I SENT AN E-MAIL..AM WAITING TO SEE IF I GET A RESPONSE. NOW I PAY ALMOST $20.00 FOR NOTHING..BAD DEAL..BAD COMPANY
