I bought a 2000 Ford Explorer on Ebay through snowboradcentral8. The vehicle had the odometer rolled back about 50K miles, the transmission is dead, the car fax posted on Ebay was for another vehicle, but Ebay says it is not covered on their protection plan...WHAT ???...What protection?? There is none in this obvious case of fraud. Their response was ...well...we will call them but I don't think it will do any good. So, I paid for a vehicle that is worth about $3K less than. advertised This is my LAST dealing with Ebay. If you are thinking of buying a vehicle off Ebay...DON"T, What really gets me is that they will get their cut from every case of fraud like this and tell you that there is nothing they can do, WHY NOT...GREED ??
