My complaint is about snuggie for kids my original order of the product was nov. 2nd never went through even though I got a email conformation...then finally when I called to say I wanted to cancel my order dec.9 as they were saying my order would not ship til jan. 22 and I wanted it for christmas they said we they were gonna be shipping it...so I waited, it was said to be shipped on dec. 11 and I was charged and givin a tracking number only to find there was no record of that shipment...thats because they had not shipped it and I was told I had to wait 14 days to get a refund seriously...well records now show that it was suposedly shipped on dec 16 and here I wait to see if I actually get it I am very disapointed with a company that lies to you just to get your money I will let everyone I know about there unproffesionalism and say unless you like to be lied to and pull your hair out dealing with rude incompatant people do not order this product.
