I was charged $44.95 out of my checking account for a membership of some kind. I am not aware of what the membership provided because I never recieved any information concerning this membership; not by email or mailed letter, or phone call. When I called the number provided to my bank by the company mentioned, I was told I could not be refunded for a service I never used. I was then told that a refund investigator would call me with-in three days to discuss this matter, and play for me an audio that prooved I agreed to pay for this membership. Of course, I never recieved that call. I now have had to close my debit card and apply for a new card, which will take time to recieve, and further have to dispute the charges to my account. Getting my money back will take time as well, if I can get the bank to handle this appropriately. I also have incurred a $33.00 charge from my bank for non-sufficiant funds, which I know I will not get back. I can't believe these companies are aloud to pull these kind of scams on people. It's atrocious.
