Purchased socialware software for my business website because their online advertising claimed it was user friendly and easy to customize. They did not offer a free trial. I purchased for $147. It is dating software and not easy to change. I spoke to a programmer who looked at their software code and said it would be expensive to make minor changes. Isocial then told me they would customize for "extra money". I told them this was not what they advertised. The classified section did not work, the deletions I made still appeared. I cannot use it. I faxed a refund form twice already. They have been stalling and not returning my money. I have removed this from my internet host. I purchased it on 6/23/10. Please investigate.
