I had just started up my FoxFire and had a popup come up about downloading the latest version. I should have known it was phony since it didn't have the logo when I opened it. Paid $35 for a "7day" free trial of what I did not know until I had paid! Got an "opening page" where I had to accept their terms and conditions before I could get into the account - for what I interpreted as free shareware and support - right. Read the terms which stated that the "free" trial wasn't! They were going to charge me a $9 fee for setup - what a joke. So, I did not accept, emailed both the email address for support and the one in the Paypal email since no other contact info was available, and requested to cancel the membership. That was 10 days ago - no response.
