i written to best buy several weeks ago and have not received any response back. i told you about the nasty treatment i receive from one of the geek squad at the millerville road best buy in baton rouge, la, concerning a empty software box i was given and no software in the box. i purchased about $1, 400 worth of products, including a laptop and they said i needed a software at stop threats on the computer, which i told them i wanted it, when i got home i found out they sold me an empty box. i called and explained to the man who answered, which he answer geeksquad, i asked him could i go the the best buy near the mall, he told me no, i had to come back to them, which i did, but when i got there the man told me, he knew it wasn't my fault about the software not being in the box but there was nothing he could do. i told him i wanted the software or give my money back. i paid $49.99 plus tax for something i did not received. he kept telling me he couldnt
do anything. i told him i wasn't leaving until he give me my software or money because it was not right they keep my money for something i did not receive. he ignored me and called the police. the police told me that he understand that i was right but the man wanted me out of the store. so i left with no software, no money and they kept my $49.99 plus tax for NOTHING. i will never shop at this store again. there services was good when i was shopping and horrible when they made a mistake... my daughter is planning on buying a washer and dryer in december, but i will not suggest she buy the set from best buy...i still would like my money back; please don't be a large store with bad reviews, , , , that is not nice at all...
