I have recently downloaded various web-based programs. When trying to submit simple questions, I was redirected to different "help" areas. Not only has this process presented difficulties in submitting questions, I have been forced to read a glut of useless information. Anyone who has a life does not have unlimited time to read every fact about every website. I have also not received answers or acknowledgments to my questions. Because most web browsing takes place early morning, evenings and weekends, there should be some way to at least acknowledge receipt of a question.
