I ordered software merchandise from Softwareoutlet.com on January 20, 2008 and funds withdrawn from my checking account on January 21, 2008 for the items ordered online. As of 4/11/08, I still have not received my merchandise nor have I received a refund. I have made more than 10 contacts to this company and they will not return or respond to my calls or emails. I have been ripped off by this company and hope that no one else uses them and or has to deal with the same frustration as I have.
