I became disabled 18 months ago and have since been trying to lower my alimony since my pay was cut in half. Throughout this 18 month period both my ex and myself have been required to submit income and expense information at several hearings. Her attorney W. Bobesky has submitted incomplete forms and forms that contained many errors mainly to benefit him. I have been ordered to pay his attorney fees, my attorney fees and the alimony has not changed. My ex is now working part time at a low paying job and I am expected to continue paying nearly 40% of my gross income. I am looking to press perjury charges against this attorney and have the proof. I am also very pissed at the judge to allow incomplete info that would have an impact on my case. Case being heard in Solano County CA.
