Solus Identity Theft Protection is a scam (SolusID) . They take your money and provide neither service nor a refund. I've been dealing with them for 3 months, trying to get a refund. They claim they mail it but I never receive it. This has happened 3 times so far. They call this failure a 'systemic glitch' A complaint has been filed with the BBB.
