I purchased a product called Melgical online for $80.00 on February 27, 2010. It is a natural treatment for polymyalgia. I paid with Paypal and the payment went through immediately. I received an email on March 1 saying the product had shipped. The product has a 60 day guarantee or money refunded if unsatisfied. The 60 days commences the date the order is placed. After two weeks when I had not received the product I contacted the company. They said it takes 4 weeks to deliver. Today is April 5th. I have still not received the product and the guarantee runs out on April 27th. If I got the product tomorrow I would still not have enough time to see if it is effective before the guarantee runs out. There is no place on the website where it says it takes 5 weeks to recieve the product. I am extremely upset and think they are fraudulent. I plan to dispute this charge with paypal for a refund for non receipt of product.
