Absolutely Sonic Camera is worst company I have dealt with in my 57 years. I ordered a high end Canon lens on their web site and they confirmed the order. I was sent an order confirmation and then another e-mail arrived saying to call them. I did so and was lied to repeatedly. For example, I was told that Canon L lenses (their best) are made of plastic and can break easily when inserted into the camera body. Therefore, Michael (1-888-450-4111, Ext. 222) noted, I was a fool if didn't buy a different brand (which I knew to be unquestionably inferior). He claimed, amazingly that he was a former Canon lens designer and quit in disgust because the company made bad products and it bothered him so he quit. He then tried to tell me that the lens I orderd was only available with a terribly overpriced UV filter ($39.95) and that a hood was $49 extra (it comes packaged with the 70-200 f/4 L Canon lens), and that Canon warrranty service was terrible. I am angry at the way I was treated. This is a bait-and-switch company of the worst kind. Terrible, absolutely terrible.
