Bad food, bad service. They even make your ice cream taste bad

Sonic has changed they're whole menu and taken almost everytime with chicken off. The only thing I eat from sonic is Chicken club toaster, popcorn chicken or the chicken wrap because I'm not a fan of fast food burgers. The fact that they would take all the chicken off the menu is rediculous and apauling. They've lost my business.

Sonic #1718 in Claremore, Ok. can NEVER get an order right for me. Maybe 1 out of 10 is a winner. They don't listen to what you are saying. I had ANOTHER bad experience today trying to get a BLT. One of my friends got a BLT without the lettuce @ tomato. Oh! It's just terrible at that site. I don't know anyone's name, whoever took my order from inside. This particular incident took place 4/15/11. I told them 3 times how I wanted it and they still got it wrong in spite of that.

I was training to be a manager at this Sonic and the training manager was horrific she and her crew were, vulgar, rude, crude, verbally abusive, unethical... and of no help to my training what so ever and how could she be, the manager i mean, she was never there. I had to learn the store operations from the manuals because the crew did not care whether or not i was trained they made no effort to come to me and say "we are going to train you in this area today because the manager never gave them instructions on where and in what area to put me. When they did try to train me they would set me up to fail so they could criticize me for doing it wrong right in front of the other employee's and they would laugh at me and say remarks like "i can't believe they a making her a manager" "she's an F----- idiot" they got a kick out of it, because they were the type of people who had a position of authority and ridiculed, disgraced and tortured me and the other crew members, and would dangle there jobs in front of there face because they knew they could get away with it. When i told the manager about it she did nothing. When i asked the DM to be moved to another store to complete my training he did nothing. They would play music on the radio that consisted of back that thing up, let me put it in... in the mixed company of men and women, but what concerned me most was the fact that there were teenagers working there and i don't think the parents would have appreciated that had they known and i was witness to a supervisor screaming at a young girl that worked there and had i been that child's mother i would have had that person arrested for verbal abuse and terrorist threatening . I had one supervisor tell me to get my head out of my ass and that she was tired of telling me how to do things. I had one young girl that worked there beg me to please not be mean and cruel to my employee's when i went to my store, i even had several of her employee's want to transfer to my store. They also did not want me to take any breaks and i would put in 10 hour days so that was not going to fly with me and that is one of the reasons they hated me because i would not let them push me around like one of there employee's and i took my breaks. Then they would run tell the DM that i would not ask for the breaks and i was going over there heads or ignoring them, but the point is even if i did ask them for a break they would have said no and at no time during my shift would they have come to me and asked me if i would like to take my break now. The crew finally got to the DM and he let me go. Which really was a blessing because i have to say this was the worst job i have every had in my life and i have never seen so many hateful demonic people all in one place under one roof and i hope i never experience this type of treatment ever in my life time again. My advise to anyone thinking about working for a Sonic, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN and please parents do not let your children work there, not a good place to work.
