I bought Sonny LCD TV on 24 April 2010 and three days before expiry of warranty there was picture and colour problem. The mechanic pick the LCD and repair it. I do'nt know after one month again problem in it and the power supply is sh ut down. On June 18, 2011 They pick the same set but no response from them. Then after one week I contact them then they said the power supply portion will be change and comes to Repair Charges Pak Rs.10, 800/- for which I was agreed. Then the CUSTOMER INCENTIVE CARE EXECUTIVE called me and said we gave you 50% discount and pay 5, 400/- Pak Rupees. IS THIS THE PRODUCT OF SONY the limit of equipment is only for one year. It is requested to wave off charges and give instruction to Sony Head Office at Lahore for repair. Awaiting Reply. Thanks Regards Chohan
