I have given my sony video camera for repair on 21 aug 07 (ref slip no. GL No.169688)to the rashidiya service center. On 26 aug they sms me the repair cost,on 27 or 28 aug i confirmed the repair cost. But unfortunately every time i call the tel given it is busy and the auto reply says "sorry no one available to answer your call" i even tried the operator, the result is same!!! Couple of time i got mr.binil on the line (who is the concerned person)but as soon as i ask him about the camera, he says hold on... then no one ever comeback to that line, then i have to disconnect the phone. This practice is taking place for the last 3 weeks!!! Finally i don't no when i am going to get the camera back??

Very poor service!
