Cyber shot H20- SOftware for PMB not work for convertion of VCD/DVD from downloaded photograph from camera.
I visit to Sony centre on 29th Sept2009, i sit there almost 90min with their executive but So badly response. No body know How to Make the VCD/DVD from down loaded photoes from H20, even some of their executive lough on me and told me that CD/DVD not possible, what u want to do?. Their Manager also try 30 min and told me that he will call me tommorrow and check . But NO CALL!!! Next day when i was called up, their one executive told me that note down one number and address and go their for check ?????? When i was shouted and told them Why I should Go, as this is your duty to do it. After a long time discusssion, they told to come to their shop for demonstration!!!

I really don't understood, ' SONY' such a big company HOW THEY KEEP THIS KIND OF TECHNICIAN and Very Poor Knowledge about the product what they sold to customer.
