My complaint is that when you spend so much money on a product the guarantee should last more than one year I spent nearly 500 Euro's and after one year and 4 months my dvd does not work and I have to pay 200 Euro's to fix it, it is day light robbery and I don't think I will buy sony again either.

Samsung at least has 2 years guarantee and I will buy all there from now on.
