Dear sir / Madam

Its been 20 days i have given my phone to ( sony.Ericsson service centre Telecom systems ) vide complaint ID SESO8TLC11878. till date i have no clue about the status. as per them they do not have the part available and also they do not have any idea about the availabity of the same .because I am working as an adminstration dept. and the mobile plays an important role in my offical life .

pls look into the matter at the earliest.
