Faulty Mobile, Giving Consistent Problems

This is regarding a faulty handset which has been doing rounds of the service center again and again. Twice, it's motherboard got changed resulting in change of IMEI number. A phone which was written 'with scratches' because of minor scratches on it turned to heavily scratched when it returned (in comparison to before) and again the problems start emerging, this time, it's the slow interface, and a non-working no-button, plus showing calls from numbers who didn't call/give missed call/and who weren't called.

under repair 40 days in service centre

My Sony ericsson mobile handset Model no.W580I is under repair from 18/09/2010-- more than 40 days in your service centre P9service. surat.(Gujarat). It is in warranty period. divice/softwere send to Chennai for replacement by service centre 40 days gone. no one reply me . very unfriendly rubbish unresposible staff working in this centre. sony ericsson company not taking any intrest in warranty period mobile. Ref; Work order no: SE31010314305 dt.18/9/2010, than 88569210 dt.11/10/2010 than 88649911 dt; 20/10/2010. Are any resposible person of the sony ericsson company be halpfull to me ??? in this metter. My e-mail add. [email protected]. I am sr.citizen. They are ignor me every time when i visit the centre.
