I purchased a sony ericsson K550i having imei 358516019166209 after nearly 15 days it got a problem(when zoomed back a picture it shows a black line) i submitted the cell to mr.Neeraj kapoor, kapoor agencies, vashistha plaza, 2, manumarg, alwar twice. Once for a week and the second time for 2 week but i didn't get my problem solved
I got totally depressed when he told me that some of its part is damaged and
it'll tale 2 month to replace it with new one .i wantyour help because i can't submit it for two month .also i want to draw your attension The dealer MR NEERAJ KAPOORdidn't gave me complaint no .so please help me in changing my cell with newer one .also i saw the same problem with two other cybershots so please check up if it is not a regular problem
