I purchased an 8GB Memory Stick Pro Duo card from eMartcentral.com, it came defective, and used. I asked for a refund and it was denied, although it was still within the 60 day refund period policy that is on their site. I sent it back to them and, and after three weeks was sent another that was still defective. I sent this one back as well now we on three months after transaction date, and now they are claiming they never received the second one! After some heated e-mail exchanges, they are accusing me of not sending it back to them. These people are crooks! They sell defective, used and imitation products and are getting away with it. I was defrauded of 44.89 that I am trying to recoup. Stay away from emartcentral.com!
