I purchased a Sony PSPGo and several games from Best Buy. Two hours later I find out that you cannot use games bought from Best Buy on a Sony PSP GO ( They must be downloaded from the Sony Web Site.
I immediately called customer service to cancel the order and was told they would not cancel the order because over on hour had passed.
1. No where on the product page does it mention that games MUST be ordered from Sony directly
2. No where on the game item pages does it mention that these games do not work on the PSP GO but on the 1000, 2000 or 300 series only.
3. No where on the original order does it mention that ordered must be canceled with in one hour of ordering.
This is Fraudulent
