I paid over $3K for a Sony XBR LX900 clearance item only to find out once the item shipped to my house that it was an open box item. When I purchased my item, the sales person said we would recieve the 2 PAIR 3D glasses with the TV but when Geek Squad came to install there where no glasses. I went back to the store only to be told that I was lying, the sales person denied ever telling me that I would recieve the 3D glasses with the delivery. I video taped everything I went thru in the store and will shortly post on youtube for the world to see...Best Buy is going down...never buy anything from them.
