THIS IS a BAIT and SWITCH operator. Check the Better Business Bureau site and the complaints filed against them. Advertised on-line, I found an almost too good to be true price, which it was. I was required to call and validate my credit card and when I did they tried to switch to upsize the order. I was told that I had to buy a $200 battery to operate the camcorder as it did not include one??

This ran the price past what conventional retailers where offfering. Customer service was rude and offensive.


Horrible experience...Too Good To Be True Usually Is. I stopped the order and was provided with a great learning experience. Tell your friends not to use this operator.
