Dr. Sophia Lam is a highly knowledgeable, authentic, and most importantly incredibly effective chiropractor. I’ve gone here over six times now for a shoulder muscle injury that seized up my muscles and dramatically reduced my range of motion. I’ve been debating about going to a ortho, getting an MRI, etc. Thank goodness I instead opted to try Dr. Lam first, and she saved me a lifetime of repeated surgeries and pain. After only a couple of sessions with her, I got my full range of motion back and am feeling healthier than before my injury! Best things about her is that she’ll answer any questions without holding back, target and fix exactly what you need fixed. It’s not just bone and neck, she focuses on the muscle and joints. Communication is key with a good doctor. She speaks perfect English as an American born Chinese. Her mom at the front desk is an absolute gem and always makes you feel like family.
