All of the dvd's were badly scratched. The sixth season dvd's had english subtitles taht took up half the screen, were in jibberish, and could not be turned off by a menu selection. They said all thier sets were quaranteed but I have e-mailed them twice and they will not contact me. Their auto response says they will contact you within 12 hours. Its been several weeks and no response.
