I have no business dealings with Sound Credit Services, and my credit rating is very good. For some reason on Monday, September 14, 2009, Sound Credit Services did a credit inquiry on me without my permission. This action has adversely affected my credit rating. I tried to contact the business via email, but got no response. The evening of the same day, I received a call at home from their legal department, from Jason Tsosie at 425-315-7305. He was looking for a person I do not know, and claimed that I know her. He was very persistent and rude. I recognize the voice as someone that has called my home in the past, rudely looking for the same person. I assume he did the credit inquiry as retaliation for me not providing information he asked for. I would like them to remove the credit inquiry from my credit report and to stop calling my home.
