I ordered Natural Source Store "South Beach Sparkle" and "South Beach Brite" for a "Risk Free Trail". I didn't carefully read instructions right away, much less use the product, because of our hectic holiday schedule. I let the 14 day trail period lapse, and they charged my account $78.95 twice, plus an extra $1.00 (which we can't figure out). I tried to cancel any further deliveries in December, but never could get through to them...they leave you on hold hoping you'll give up, I assume, and I did.
I just tried to get credit for the unopened products, and was told I was out of luck, plus they shipped some more, because I didn't stop the program (remember how they leave you on hold). I would suggest that anybody wanting to do business with this company check out the complaints against them, and if you decide to buy something from them, be very cautious, and read all paperwork carefully. Or better yet, find a different company and check out any complaints against them before you buy. Good luck with your shopping!
