I ordered a trial sample of a tooth whitening product. The referring page had a CNN logo,

as well as other major newscasting symbols. The original offer page had a story about a

housewife in Colorado who combined two products to get dentist level whitening results.

The page offered a discount code for shipping and an short expiration timeframe for the

sample offers.

Shipment was sent for one product and not the other. A fourteen day trial was set, and I

cancelled the offer that was mailed to me. The second company did not send the product.

Both offers were tranacted on December 7th, 2009. I had to call long-distance to second

company to have order cancelled and a refund was promised.

On December 23rd, 2009 I received the ordered items a second time. Both parcels having

the same shipping address, and both having an expired (12/21) trial period. I again, had to

call long-distance to have the items cancelled. They required a Return Merchandise

Authorization code, before they would accept the products back. I was told that I would

not be charged further. Later, an email response claimed that I did not need to return

anything and that the accounts would be closed. A related charge for $11.98 was made to

my bank account on 12/09 by a company called Everydays Discount of Delaware (888)

242-0857. The woman at that number said it was something buried in a web page that if

you clicked on the main offer it would enroll you at you would be charged the monthly

fees. She placed a refund for me, but it has not been posted to my bank account. On

December 28th, I was charged an amount of $86.52 by a company called

SUP*TEETHWHITE which caused an overdraft of 29.00 by my bank. The debit card

used had been closed in a reported theft during same week. Further emails from this

apparently single company offered another contact telephone number and address of:

954-237-2690, Monday thru Friday, 9:00am-6:00 pm EST.

I believe this company is perpetuating fraud on a wide scale, to the American public. This

is based on the evidence of duplicate same addresses or customer service numbers with

each having a different company name.
