Not paying some employees minumum wage-paying some employees only $6.00 hour for doing maintenance and carpentry work. Also deducting hours from employees paychecks for stopping and speaking with tenanants about problems with their apartments. Not allowing to leave for a partial day to go to doctor appointments, etc. Making employees take a full day off from work when having an appointment. Not allowing employees to call off from work if sick or having personal problems without losing their job or telling them not to come in for the rest of the week. Also not including all employees for safety meetings and no incentives or raises given to employees. Not allowing breaks, just a 1 hour lunch. Making employees work overtime and not allowing a break.
