I had a fractional service completed on 7/21/09. I was burned by the service and it took over 4 months to clear. I complained to the doctor on 2 occasions. None the less, I paid for half of the proceedure before the date and owed the second half on the day of the service. The policy is to pay for the service before or on the day.

90 days after the fact, I received a bill for another $550.00 for the terrible fractional that was performed.

I have never received even one call regarding further payment, now I owe $550.00. This doctor is commiting fraud by charging for a service that was paid in full. His own secretary confirmed that the doctor never performs fractional services until the service is paid in full... so how can I owe more money???
