Paid $270 Feb 28 for services rendered.

Since that time, I have received 2 Billing Statements claiming I owe $235 for services, after Insurance proceeeds. Statement does not
show my $270 payment. The company claims my payment was for other services, CONVENIENTLY NOT LISTED ON
their monthly statements to me. My claim is they owe me $35 after they post my payment on their books. Why isn't my payment on their Statement
when the Insurance proceeds and their Services are listed there?

Please help since I have excellent credit and have no intention of paying any more than I have.

I am 63 years old and this is my first complaint to your office.
