Copied DVD Set

We ordered a set of the series Dark Skies on DVD from TV-Show Kingdom.com/Southpaw Toons and we received a copied version. Essentially they transposed the tv show from a tape to a dvd and were selling it. We have tried disputing and wanted to return the product however we cannot get a hold of anyone at the company.

Charged my card No product No Answer

I believe that this website/company is a hoax. (tvshow-cellar.com) I ordered a DVD box set for $40 on December 27th 2010. My bank card was charged for that amount on 12/29 from SOUTHPAWTOONS COM. The DVD's were to be mailed within 1-2 days. I waited for a response due to the holiday but they are still not responding to me. I've emailed them numerous times and haven't received a response. When you click on their contact page to send an email to [email protected] the email link goes to [email protected]. I've tried contacting both email addresses with no avail. When I searched the BBB on the business the URL was not in there database. When I searched using the SouthPaw Toons UPS Box 2539, 2251 N Rampart BLVD, Las Vegas, NV 89128 USA business name and it came up with a company in FLORIDA.
What frustrates me is that this site stated that the proceeds would go to cancer treatments.
