Not only does he take deposits and string his customers along like this, he is consistently rude on the phone. He has hung up on me more than twice, when I was being very patient and simply asking him to explain the situation. Do not work with Frank, do not trust him, and do not go to him for your puppy. He is rude, impatient, and will make you promises that he will not deliver on. Getting ready for a new puppy is supposed to be a happy and fun experience, but Frank and Southside Dogs will absolutely ruin it for you.
