Southwest Movers & Relocations - this company owned by 'Gail Cloud' was hired by myself to move our personal property out of state. The next day, 'Cloud' showed up and started giving me a 'speech' about how there were movers in St.George, that would damage your property, use leased trucks, not have proper loaders and unloaders, not be insured, not be bonded, etc.! ' I NEVER KNEW, AT THAT TIME, HE WAS DESCRIBING HIMSELF AND HIS COMPANY'! We have damage and breakage and he's telling me, 'my insurance coverage is 60 cents a pound'! 'Cloud' didn't want to tell me I needed to take out MORE insurance as HE would have had to pay MORE of a deductable!! All in all, my advice is, ' IF YOU'RE IN THE ST. GEORGE AREA, MOVING OUT OF STATE OR WITHIN THE STATE, STAY CLEAR AND AWAY FROM SOUTHWEST MOVING & RELOCATION IF YOU WANT YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY TO GET THERE IN ONE PIECE!! THANK YOU
