I have been attempting to work with Verizon for over three weeks so that I don't get a message telling me that my outgoing message was not sent because Verizon believes it to be spam. I have spoken with and chatted with numerous people at Verizon about this, but no one has been able to do anything about it. I have also sent emails to their 3rd party spam detection service ([email protected]) with the specific emails, but nothing has changed. I am looking to change my services to another provider as a result of their failure to resolve the issue, and I have recently learned that many Verizon users are experiencing the same issues.
